Mathematical modeling and defense

Task. In groups, choose a real-life situation (e.g. jeepney fare, mobile data cost, a thrown ball, the spread of a sound). Decide which function family models it, write its equation, graph it by hand and in Desmos, then defend your model to the class with evidence from the data.

Performance standard: Create and present a digital financial report with graphs, equations, and justified real-life decisions.
